Master of Human-Computer Interaction

Carnegie Mellon's MHCI degree is one of the longest running master of human-computer interaction programs in the world. Our graduates are leading teams and product development across the globe to create more effective and meaningful products and services. 

Accelerated Master of HCI

Carnegie Mellon human-computer interaction undergraduate students completing a second major in HCI may apply to the Accelerated Master of HCI degree through the HCII.

Master of Learning Science

Carnegie Mellon's Master of Educational Technology and Applied Learning Science brings together leading faculty from the HCII and Psychology. Our students are trained to engineer and implement innovative and effective educational solutions

Master of Human-Centered Data Science

The Master of Computational Data Science with a Human-Centered Data Science major (HCDS) is offered with the Language Technology Institute. Students in HCDS use techniques in machine learning, behavioral research and data science to build user experience prototypes that fit real users' needs.
